The hotel layout is good. The villas feel private despite proximity. A shuttle runs to Railay and Ao Nang. This makes access to those areas easy.
The service was not very good. I found very little interaction from staff. Breakfast had low quality food and limited variety. Coffee from the machine was not good either.

I appreciated the spacious water villa. the bed was very comfortable with great vibes. the pool area was very clean and big. i also liked the food at the cafe and restaurant. Everything tasted very good and was within walking distance.
the only minor issue was a slight delay during check-in, but the staff worked quickly to resolve it

The hotel is an excellent boutique, within a short walk to the beach and great restaurants. Turning left leads to even more options. the airport is a convenient taxi ride away, roughly forty minutes with grab, so arrival and departure are smooth.

the pool is beautiful with gorgeous surroundings, ideal for peaceful swims, especially early in the morning. the hotel also arranges well-organized and safe trips from the reception. complimentary shuttle services add convenience, offering transport to nearby attractions.

I stayed in a Lagoon Grand Beautiful View. The room had a schedule shuttle to Ao Nang Beach. There were free fresh fruits provided and a beach bag. Breakfast included a well-stocked buffet and an omelette station.
The sunbeds are very hard. It seemed like laying on planks.
