I found the staff to be very helpful. They provided a free shuttle to local beaches. I enjoyed the complimentary cake and fresh fruit I received upon arrival. The paddle boarding was fun. It was one of many family friendly activities.

The breakfast was a real letdown. the pastries tasted stale, and the coffee was weak. I had to ask for an extra shot just to make it palatable. also, the gym, while present, had limited equipment. there was one treadmill out of order and some dumbbells missing, annoying when trying to get a workout in!

i found this boutique hotel offered excellent value it was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. the hotel arranged a free transfer to railay beach it was quite convenient. we hired motorbikes from the hotel we went to aonang beach it was a short ride.
i noticed the hotel did not sell alcohol the bar on site only serves halal options. this detail was not clear when i booked this was inconvenient. it would be helpful to highlight this.

the hotel is located a reasonable distance from the beach it is accessible by walking. it took approximately 40 minutes from the airport to the hotel via grab taxi. this made transportation relatively simple.

The hotel had a beautiful, tranquil setting surrounded by nature. The 60 m long pool offered fine views of the water villas and canal. The staff was very friendly, and the food was tasty. A shuttle service was available to Railay and Ao Nang, a highlight.

The hotel layout is good. The villas feel private despite proximity. A shuttle runs to Railay and Ao Nang. This makes access to those areas easy.
The service was not very good. I found very little interaction from staff. Breakfast had low quality food and limited variety. Coffee from the machine was not good either.

I appreciated the spacious water villa. the bed was very comfortable with great vibes. the pool area was very clean and big. i also liked the food at the cafe and restaurant. Everything tasted very good and was within walking distance.
the only minor issue was a slight delay during check-in, but the staff worked quickly to resolve it

I stayed in a Lagoon Grand Beautiful View. The room had a schedule shuttle to Ao Nang Beach. There were free fresh fruits provided and a beach bag. Breakfast included a well-stocked buffet and an omelette station.
The sunbeds are very hard. It seemed like laying on planks.
